That was our challenge with QBE North America. With a highly regarded video production reputation within QBE, Versant was asked to capture the stories of the people who bring the QBE story to life.
Versant responded to the challenge by creating a series of communication video digital shorts that amplify the QBE Employee Value Proposition. The stories are told by the authentic faces and voices of diverse group of employees from both QBE’s New York City and Sun Prairie, WI offices. The three videos capture the Opportunity, Reward and Culture at QBE.

The videos were highly received at QBE’s North American Leadership Summit, an 8,000 employee population. QBE saw an increase in employee moral and the desire for addition stories to be told.
