Generations are shaped by experiences. While those experiences are not shared between generations - today’s workplace is. In fact, for the first time, five unique generations are sharing the workplace. We know that the value that comes from recognizing generational differences and that an appreciation for of those differences can make a big difference in your workplace.
What We Do
VersantWorks created the Connecting to a Changing Workforce program as an employee learning and development tool that incorporates independent research, curriculum and consulting to increase employee engagement through generational learning.
Our age often shapes our expectations, motivations and career outlooks. The unique perspectives that each generation brings to the workplace provides valuable opportunities for organizations to leverage this diversity component as a tool to enhance productivity, engagement and a workforce more closely aligned to the changing demographics of its customers.
