That was the challenge presented to Versant by Signet Jewelers, the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry and parent company of market leading brands such as Kay, Zales, and Jared, as well as a host of strong regional brands.
Working closely with HR leadership and stakeholders across Signet, we began our Discovery process with feedback sessions conducted at multiple locations, leadership interviews and an extensive e-survey. We captured the “voice” of the organization and identified the unique combination of work experiences that attract, engage and retain team members across Signet. From that foundation, we created a unifying talent brand and logo that positions Signet to current talent and candidates, as well as a multi-media campaign and messaging to introduce and raise the profile of the Signet workplace experience internally and externally.
