Shorehaven Health and Rehab Center Renovation: "Live New" Campaign
…a senior living campus wanted to announce the completion of a state-of-the-art physical therapy center?
what if? becomes reality
That was our challenge with Shorehaven, who was on the heels of opening a new 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art health and rehab center. Versant created the campaign theme “Live New” to embody the learnings from our Discovery phase: 1) target audience included pre-retirement, non-resident seniors who, 2) want ready access to the latest equipment and qualified staff, and 3) want to go back home as soon as they are capable of doing so.
The campaign’s objectives included creating community awareness of the center, along with inviting the community to the open house, thus attracting new users. Versant achieved this through strategically placed billboards, plus digital, newspaper, and radio advertising.

The launch and open house brought hundreds of participants to tour the new the facility. The “Live New” theme was received so well that Versant was hired to extend the campaign to Shorehaven’s $30 million expansion project to build 47 new senior apartments (see more, here).
