The common thread through the many definitions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is that an organization has a responsibility – even accountability – to advance the well-being of its employees and its immediate and larger communities. Most organizations have some form of CSR that captures their contributions to charitable causes, their workplace initiatives, and their actions as responsible stewards of resources.
